Public Joint Stock Company «Ukrtelecom» is once again offering for long-term lease the children’s health complex «Young Communications Officer» located in Kovalevsky’s Dacha in Odessa.
Tenth auction round for renting the property
According to information on the «Prozorro. Sales» platform, this property is being auctioned for the tenth time. The rent for this round is set at 160,000 hryvnias per month, as reported by a correspondent for «Dumskaya.» The auction is scheduled for May 10.
Details of the health complex
The lot description indicates that the area of the health complex, located near the sea, is almost 3,500 square meters. The complex includes an administrative building, two dormitory buildings, a dining hall, two staff houses, and other facilities. It can accommodate up to 200 people at a time, but is in need of repair. Efforts to lease out the complex have been ongoing since 2017.
