On June 19, the man turned to one of the communal institutions in the regional center for examination. According to the woman, the doctors provided improper care to her 47-year-old husband, which led to his death on June 24.
Investigators from the Rivne district police department
have initiated a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (improper performance of professional duties by a medical or pharmaceutical worker). As part of the investigation, the issue of confiscating medical documentation is being addressed.
