The State Property Fund Announces Dates for First Online Auctions
The State Property Fund has set the dates for the first online auctions for the sale of objects of «large privatization». This was reported by the press service of the SPF.

The auction for the sale of the «Ukraine» hotel in the center of Kyiv will take place on September 18, 2024, and the sale of the PJSC «United Mining and Chemical Company» is scheduled for October 9, 2024.
Starting Prices and Auction Platform
The starting price for these objects is set at 1.47 billion UAH for the «Ukraine» hotel and almost 3.9 billion UAH for the PJSC «UMCC». The online auctions will take place in the electronic Prozorro.Prodazhi system.

The «Ukraine» hotel features 14 stories, a restaurant, banquet halls, conference rooms, and more. Potential buyers will have access to information packages after signing a confidentiality agreement.
