FC Shakhtar Donetsk still owes 6.8 million euros to Ajax for player transfers
FC Shakhtar from Donetsk still has not paid off their debt to Dutch club Ajax for the transfers of two players. According to Voetbal4U, the Ukrainian team owes the Amsterdam side 6.8 million euros.
It is noted that Ajax cannot assess the level of credit risk for Shakhtar. The club is willing to wait to receive their money.
To remind, Lassina Traore moved to Shakhtar in the summer of 2021 for 10 million euros, while David Neres became a player of the Donetsk club at the beginning of 2022 (for 12 million euros).
Currently, Traore still remains with Shakhtar, while Neres was sold to Benfica in the summer of 2022 for 15.3 million euros.
