Prices are rising in Western Ukraine, while they are decreasing in the East and South. However, one should not forget about the central cities, which are becoming a new place of residence for many Ukrainians.
In Zhytomyr, the rent for housing has significantly increased. Prices for apartments in this city are already on par with those in the capital. A similar situation is observed in Poltava and Kropyvnytskyi. While investors previously invested mainly in apartments in western cities, their attention has now shifted to the central regions.
For example, in Zhytomyr, the rent for a one-bedroom apartment ranges from 10 to 12 thousand hryvnias. This is almost the same price as in Kyiv, and sometimes even higher. At the same time, in the capital, such an apartment will cost the investor significantly more, and the payback period will be longer.
