Inauguration of the First Recruiting Center for the Ukrainian Army in Kyiv
In Kyiv, on April 30, the first recruiting center for the Ukrainian army was launched at the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CPAU) in the Solomianskyi district. Deputy Minister of Defense Natalia Kalmykova announced that hundreds of people who have turned to these centers have already signed contracts with military units or are undergoing training in educational centers.
Comfortable Conditions at Recruiting Centers
«Recruiting centers are usually located in CPAUs because this place provides comfortable conditions for obtaining administrative services,» she emphasized.
Support from Officials
The head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Serhiy Popko, noted that motivated people come to recruiting centers who are undoubtedly needed by the army. «This is the place where citizens can determine their position and military unit, where they will serve in the future,» added the official.
Connecting Citizens with the Armed Forces
The recruiting center is intended to be a link between citizens and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Expansion in the Poltava Region
Recently, another recruiting center was opened in the Poltava region, bringing the total number in the region to five.
