More than 80 foreigners worked illegally in hotels of Pomeranian Voivodeship

Border service inspection reveals illegal employment of over 100 foreigners at a hotel enterprise

In June, border service employees in Gdansk conducted a thorough check on the legality of employment at a hotel enterprise and discovered a shocking violation. Over 100 foreigners, with 94 of them being Ukrainians, were found to be working without permits and contracts.

The majority of these individuals were employed as cleaners in multi-apartment buildings along the coast of Pomeranian Voivodeship. Unfortunately, the employer failed to provide them with the proper attention and documentation, putting both the workers and the company at risk of serious legal consequences.
