Members of the «Servant of the People» party who are majority deputies are expressing criticism towards mayors and faction leadership for inadequate communication in solving current issues. They are also facing difficulties in interacting with governors.
This is stated in the article «How the government changed the mobilization law and who else Zelensky decided to dismiss.»
It is mentioned that the majority of majority deputies have had problems with local mayors from the beginning of their term who do not belong to «Servant of the People.»
Since the beginning of the large-scale Russian aggression, relations with regional administration heads have become more complicated as they have increased their influence in the regions.
«If you have a question, for example, about sewage, you can’t even reach the mayor or get an appointment. And now the heads of regional administrations also behave like kings who can decide the fate of people’s deputies. How can you crop a deputy out of a photo after an event with the head of the regional administration?» one of the parliamentarians said.
He noted that in recent weeks, the leadership of the Rada and the faction have started holding separate meetings with groups of «Servant of the People» deputies, which were divided at the beginning of the convocation. During these meetings, the comments and suggestions of the parliamentarians are heard.
«However, it seems to be just a discussion about the possibility of discussion,» added the interlocutor of the publication, present at one of these meetings.
