Combatting Ticks in Kyiv
In Kyiv, a campaign to combat ticks has begun. Municipal workers have already treated green areas in three districts — Dniprovsky, Shevchenkivsky, and Desniansky, according to Kyivzelenstroy.
The treatment was carried out in the following locations:
- Victory Park
- Park along Hetmana Pavla Polubotka Street
- Nyvky Park
- Park with water objects along Roman Shukhevych Avenue
- Muromets Park
- Square at the intersection of Mykola Zakrevsky and Olexandra Ekster streets
- Square at the intersection of Mykola Zakrevsky and Miloslavska streets
Kyivzelenstroy emphasized that the substances used for treating squares and parks are not harmful to humans and animals. The complete list of locations where municipal workers will carry out tick treatment can be found here.
