The United States Releases Biographical Comic Book About President of Ukraine
The United States has published a biographical comic book about the President of Ukraine titled «Political Power: Volodymyr Zelensky.» This 22-page glossy comic was created by writer Michael Frizell and artist Pablo Martinena, known for their graphic biographies of prominent figures.
«For us, this project was a challenge. We aimed to spotlight a person who transcends the usual media coverage. Our goal was to depict Volodymyr Zelensky as a leader who defends Ukraine against challenges from Putin,» Frizell explained.
A portion of the comic’s sales will go to the International Committee of the Red Cross to aid Ukraine, as reported by TidalWave Comics. Publisher Darren G. Davis, of Ukrainian descent, emphasized his personal connection to the project.
«My grandparents immigrated from Ukraine, making this comic not only a storytelling endeavor but also my way of supporting my homeland. I found Volodymyr Zelensky’s story captivating,» Davis shared.
