Devonte Davis’ coach criticizes Lomachenko: ‘He’s finished’

Kenny Ellis Responds to Lomachenko Lack of Motivation

Kenny Ellis, the coach of WBA lightweight champion Gervonta Davis (30-0, 28 KOs), strongly reacted to the statement that IBF and IBO lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko (18-3, 12 KOs) has lost motivation for a fight with his fighter.

«If Lomachenko cannot find motivation within himself, having been given the chance to become the face of boxing, his team should stop his journey in the ring along with the gloves. He’s done,» Ellis wrote.

Earlier, Lomachenko’s manager, Egis Klimas, stated that the Ukrainian boxer does not plan to step into the ring until the end of the year due to a lack of motivation.
