Russian official proposes war with Ukraine without ceasefires

Russian Official Advocates for Continuation of War with Ukraine

Russian official Dmitry Rogozin has called for the ongoing war with Ukraine to proceed without any «ceasefires», referring to it as a noble sacrifice for future generations. In a post on his Telegram channel, he compared himself to Hitler and spoke of burning books, drawing parallels to fascist practices of the past.

Rogozin claimed to have personally visited libraries in Zaporizhzhia region, where he reportedly found literature such as «Hitler’s Youth» and «Mein Kampf». He stated that he took it upon himself to collect these books, use gasoline, and set them ablaze.

On April 18, it was revealed that in Russia, works by Ray Bradbury, Orwell, Pelevin, and Shalamov were removed from the school curriculum. Additionally, reports emerged on June 18 of a new Ukrainian drone tactic known as «Baba Yaga», which plants mines on roads in frontline areas overnight.
