Oleg Bylyk on leaving Chornomorets: lack of sleep and moral pressure

Goalkeeper Oleg Bilyk has revealed that he left Chornomorets due to the lack of game practice. The initiative came from him, as playing only two games per season was too little. It was difficult from a moral standpoint to be in Odesa due to constant shelling, ballistic missiles, and drones. Often there was a lack of sleep, and explosions were heard during training, and it was not always clear whether it was shelling or our air defense. He tried to give himself fully, but it did not always work out. He also noted that he had something to learn from the Chornomorets goalkeeper coach Andriy Hlushchenko, although he also worked with Bohdan Shust at Inhulets and Andriy Kovtun at Oleksandriya.

In his own words, goalkeeper Oleg Bilyk left Chornomorets due to the lack of game practice and the difficult conditions in Odesa. He mentioned the challenges of being in a city plagued by constant shelling, ballistic missiles, and drones, which affected his ability to focus and perform well. Despite trying his best, he felt that he needed to improve and learn from the goalkeeper coaches at Chornomorets, Inhulets, and Oleksandriya.
