Man convicted of assisting aggressor state in Kharkiv region
Following the efforts of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region, a 42-year-old man has been found guilty of aiding the aggressor state. He has been sentenced to 10 years in prison and prohibited from holding certain positions for 12 years, with property confiscation.
Supporting the enemy during occupation
The court ruled that during the capture of Kupiansk, the man collaborated with Russian military forces and worked at an enterprise seized by the enemy. He supplied fuel and lubricants to the occupiers and held a key position at the «Kupiansk Railway», aiding enemy positions. His actions were discovered in early 2023, leading to his arrest.
