New Equipment for the Institute: Are the Costs of 35 Million UAH Justified?

The National Research Center «Vasyl Tyarоv Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking» to Acquire New Equipment

The National Research Center «Vasyl Tyarоv Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking» located near Odessa plans to make two equipment purchases totaling UAH 35 million. According to the correspondent of «Dumskaya», the institute’s plans include the purchase of a PCR analyzer for UAH 5.7 million and a mass spectrometric complex for UAH 29.3 million.

Equipment for Precision DNA Analysis and Authenticity Verification

The PCR analyzer will allow the institute to carry out precise DNA analysis to detect grape diseases and determine genetically modified plants. The mass spectrometric complex, on the other hand, is designed to verify the authenticity of beverages and raw materials by analyzing isotopic ratios.

Tender Announcement and Auction Details

The tender for the purchase of this modern equipment was announced today, and proposals will be accepted until April 30. An auction will be held on the same day to determine the supplier of the equipment.
