Drug Dealer Arrested in Kyiv
Police in the capital city have detained a drug dealer who was planning to sell 2 kg of a psychotropic substance with a total value of 800,000 hryvnias. This information was reported by the police in Kyiv.
The suspect, a 21-year-old resident of the Dnipropetrovsk region, was planning to sell the drug «Alpha-PVP».
During a search of his apartment, law enforcement officers discovered a narcotic substance sold on the black market, with a total value of approximately 800,000 hryvnias.
The suspect has been charged under Art. 307 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — illegal acquisition, storage with the intent to sell a narcotic substance, the circulation of which is prohibited. This article provides for up to 10 years in prison with property confiscation.
