Warriors from the «Requiem group» unit of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces discovered and destroyed a self-propelled artillery unit 2S7 «Pion» on the territory of Russia.
The footage of the morning operation on July 7 was published by Ukrainian volunteer Serhiy Sternenko.
The Russian «Pion» was found in the Belgorod region. The Russian army actively used it to strike the Kharkiv region. To eliminate the howitzer, the Special Operations Forces soldiers used a strike drone, which collided with the Russian self-propelled artillery unit, as captured on video. The footage shows that the howitzer lost its combat capability.
