Tragedy in Shevchenkivske: Two Lives Lost in House Fire
In the settlement of Shevchenkivske of Hlievatska AH, located near Kryvyi Rih, a tragedy occurred that claimed the lives of two people. Around 12:00 pm, a fire broke out in a private house, resulting in the death of a 62-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman. This was reported by «Na chasi: Kryvyi Rih», referring to «Vidomo».
The fire engulfed 25 square meters of residential premises, completely destroying the household property and belongings. The fire quickly spread, leaving no chance of rescue. By the time the firefighters arrived, the house was already engulfed in flames, which complicated the fire extinguishing.
During the firefighting operation, among the rubble and ashes, rescuers discovered the charred body of the man. Preliminary information suggests that he died from burns. The woman, who was in the house, was poisoned by combustion products and also perished.
The causes of the fire are currently being investigated. It is suspected that the fire may have started due to electrical wiring malfunctions or careless handling of fire. Investigators have already begun checking into this tragic event.
